Today on Armistice Day (also known as Remembrance Day) from everyone here at Friary Care we want to show our sombre respect and gratitude for the countless many who sacrificed so much in conflicts across the world.
To mark this occasion we have decorated the homes and will be proudly displaying our poppies. We will be doing as many others will be doing today and having two minutes of silence in order to commemorate all of those valiant souls who will forever be in our hearts.
We will be raising a glass to all those affected by conflicts, and in particular to salute those who have been, or still are, in our care.
