At Friary Care pride ourselves on delivering the best possible care to our residents, that is why we would like to sincerely apologise that, as an outcome of a recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, Friary House has been rated as inadequate.
Please be assured that Friary Care has already taken immediate action to rectify issues highlighted by CQC. We have been working diligently to address all comments raised, this includes further investment of our internal processes to an even higher, more modern standard. We look forward to welcoming CQC back in the near future to clearly demonstrate that all concerns have been resolved, such that we can regain our Good rating.
We would like to thank all of the residents, their families, staff, and all professional bodies for their words of encouragement and continued support. Rest assured that the care, dignity, and respect of our residents is paramount to us at Friary Care and always will be.
