A Thoughtful Thank You from Our Leadership Team
To show our appreciation, our Director, Peter Fry, alongside our management team, presented staff with thoughtful gifts including personalised bags, cards and chocolates. These small gestures are a way of expressing our sincere thanks for the dedication and kindness our team shows every day.
As part of the celebrations, staff, residents and their families enjoyed a traditional chip shop lunch together. Sharing meals is an important part of building community within our care home, creating opportunities for connection, conversation and enjoyment for everyone involved.
