Sunshine, ice creams and good company have made for a wonderful summer at Friary Care, with residents making the most of the warmer weather and enjoying plenty of time together. From refreshing ice creams and delicious summer treats to relaxing outside in the sunshine, there have been lots of opportunities to enjoy everything the season has to offer.
Sunshine, Music and Good Company
Summer days have been filled with music, games, conversations and plenty of laughter. Residents have enjoyed spending time outdoors, catching up with friends and sharing stories while making the most of the sunshine.
Sometimes it is the simplest activities that create the most enjoyable moments, whether that’s sitting together in the garden, listening to a favourite song or cooling down with an ice cream on a warm afternoon.
Making the Most of Summer Together
Our programme of activities at Friary Care is all about creating opportunities for residents to enjoy themselves, socialise and spend meaningful time together. It’s been lovely to see our homes filled with laughter and happy memories throughout the summer and we’re looking forward to making the most of the season for as long as the sunshine lasts!
