A Chinese feast to celebrate Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year from Friary Care!

Our two care homes in Weymouth, Kingsley Court and Friary House celebrated the Chinese Lunar New Year, the Year of the Rabbit for 2023.

We had great fun learning about the Chinese zodiac and celebrating the year of the rabbit. We decorated the home with our home-made Chinese lanterns and rabbit art work.

We finished off the day with a traditional Chinese feast of tasty wontons and oriental dishes, surrounded by our friends around the table, a happy day of laughter and celebration! Amazing stuff.
